Evaluation: The Cornhuskers made a huge pickup in Pritchett this offseason, who comes over from Alabama with big-time pedigree, as the new blindside protector for hot-shot signal-caller Dylan Raiola. A five-star recruit out of Georgia, he has only just begun to scratch the surface of his potential. However, Pritchett did gain invaluable experience from his three years in Tuscaloosa. Blessed with mammoth size, great length and all the physical tools that NFL scouts crave, Pritchett owns the makeup of a prototype tackle. In addition, he has shown the flexibility to play both spots, making 11 starts at right tackle and one start at left tackle a year ago. Known as a stout run-mauler, Pritchett will need to sharpen some of his pass-protection technique. He allowed 31 pressures and six sacks in 2024. An aggressive blocker who takes pride in finishing through the play, Pritchett brings plenty of experience having appeared in 29 games. Where evaluators will struggle is weighing his off-field concerns. Pritchett has a couple of arrests in his past that NFL decision-makers are going to want to do their due diligence on. In terms of overall talent, Pritchett could develop into one of the best offensive tackle prospects in college football.
Background: Named to Tom Osborne Citizenship Team (2025). Previously spent three seasons at Alabama before joining Nebraska. He played in 29 games with 11 starts over his three seasons with the Crimson Tide. A five-star recruit out of Carver High School in Georgia.
