The All Access Football Big Board is Presented By NFL Draft Bible, REAL scouting intel by REAL scouts, since 2002.

[QB Big Board — Summer Scouting Update]: Texas dual-threat Arch Manning remains our top-rated quarterback prospect in the nation, despite speculation that he will return to the Longhorns after this season. The legacy prospect will be draft eligible and owns all the desirable traits of a franchise signal-caller. There is a strong feeling within the scouting community that South Carolina redshirt sophomore LaNorris Sellers could shoot up as the No.1 overall pick. Meanwhile, despite a UCL tear in his throwing (right) elbow, Miami hotshot quarterback Carson Beck remains a well-respected commodity amongst NFL talent evaluators, while lofty expectations persist for Indiana new gunslinger Fernando Mendoza. Below is an updated list of the top 60 quarterback prospects in the nation as we enter the 2025 college football season.
