Prior to departing the Boston College head coach post for the Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator position, Jeff Hafley produced a pair of back-to-back first round picks in Zion Johnson (Chargers) in 2022 and Zay Flowers (Ravens) in 2023. Since then, Bill O’Brien has taken over the helm and while the Eagles have yet to produce a first round selection since then, they did have three players chosen in the 2025 NFL Draft, the most since 2019 when they had four players selected.
Boston College has produced three Top 100 players during the past two drafts under O’Brien, including Elijah Jones (Cardinals) in 2024, along with Donovan Ezeiruaku (Cowboys) and Ozzy Trapilo (Bears) in 2025. Despite a down season in Chestnut Hill, the Eagles have a handful of prospects on the radar for the 2026 NFL Draft.
