Background:
Keenan Isaac was a dual-sport athlete at Midfield High School of Alabama. Isaac averaged 18.9 points and 8.2 rebounds per game as well as playing offense and defense on the football field. Due to injury, Isaac was thrust into a starting role as a true freshman at Alabama State. He totaled 34 tackles, seven tackles for loss, one interception, and seven pass breakups. Isaac went on to miss time due to off-season surgery. Bouncing back, Isaac finished with 25 tackles, seven pass breakups, 0.5 sack, and two interceptions as a senior.
