Welcome to the December 15, 2025 edition of the AAF Scout Notebook, we are officially 129 days away until the 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh and we have loaded up another rack of draft updates for you to digest today.

The NFL Draft Bible scouting department continues to remain hard at work, as we have added new player evaluations to five NFL Draft Watch school reports, to include end-of-year assessments and projections.

We also have all the underclassmen tracked, including the latest pass-rusher to announce his intent over the weekend. What happens when potential doesn’t translate to production, can it still equate to a first round grade? Find out below.

ALABAMA NFL DRAFT WATCH: Our Crimson Tide report continues to grow, with 21 prospects ranked and a new profile added for TE Jose Cuevas (Filed by NFL Draft Bible scout Dom Ambrose). ARIZONA STATE NFL DRAFT WATCH: Our Sun Devils report has been updated to include new scouting reports on OT Max Iheanachor and LB Keyshaun Elliot, both of whom are headed to the Shrine Bowl, plus TE Chamon Metayer, who will be headed to theh American Bowl (All Filed By NFL Draft Bible Scout Ryan Paglia). GEORGIA NFL DRAFT WATCH: Our Bulldogs report has been updated to include a new scouting report on projected first round LB CJ Allen (Filed by NFL Draft Bible scout Dom Ambrose).
