PLAYOFF PREDICTIONS
AFC CHAMPIONSHIP: Baltimore Ravens > Kansas City Chiefs
NFC CHAMPIONSHIP: Seattle Seahawks > Detroit Lions
Our final four playoff teams feature two former MVP quarterbacks facing off in the AFC Championship and two quarterbacks in the NFC Championship who have had to persevere through adversity. While Geno Smith and Jared Goff may not resonate as ‘big’ names to the average fan, their vast improvement can be seen with a keen eye. By season’s end, most observers will recognize them as top 10 NFL quarterbacks.
SUPER BOWL LVIII: Baltimore Ravens > Seattle Seahawks
The assembly of key veteran free agents, impact rookies and new coaching changes have positioned the Baltimore Ravens to hoist the Vince Lombardi Trophy for a third time in franchise history. Can Lamar Jackson live up to the contract? Will Odell Beckham Jr. stay healthy? Is Zay Flowers the real deal? We say yes on all accounts! Not to mention that last year’s third ranked defense should be even better. It is somewhat shocking to see that the current Vegas odds have predicted both the Ravens and Seahawks to finish below .500. We see teams built for the long haul. One thing that is certain, the upcoming season should be a bundle of fun!
