ALL ACCESS FOOTBALL SCOUT NOTEBOOK

Each week, the All Access Football Scout Notebook compiles a list of top pro prospects in action over the college football weekend with in-depth scouting analysis, insider intel, accurate player measurements and latest NFL Draft projections. On Friday, we shined the spotlight on the marquee matchup between Indiana and Oregon, with a keen focus on Hoosiers gunslinger Fernando Mendoza and Oregon smooth operator Dante Moore.

It would be Mendoza who guided his team to victory on Saturday over Moore, a big coup in both the Heisman Trophy race and the stakes to become the top-signal caller selected in the NFL Draft, should they declare. We continue with our player evaluations from that matchup below with premier playmakers on both side of the ball who were sure to nab the attention of the 16 NFL scouts who were in attendance for the game.

In addition, you will learn about he latest Ohio State wide receiver poised for the first round, a mauler in the trenches who has anchored himself as an early round candidate, an explosive past rusher out west who is skyrocketing up draft boards and a trio of cornerbacks expected to hear their name called in the mid-to-late rounds. Be sure to check back each Monday, as we deliver the names you need to know for the upcoming 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh, courtesy of the NFL Draft Bible scouting department.
