PROSPECT PRIMER: No.7 OLE MISS (10-1) at MISSISSIPPI STATE (5-6)
All eyes are on Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin entering the ‘Egg Bowl.’ With the Rebels in line for a potential national championship run, Kiffin may bolt before he sees the job through with LSU and Florida lining up to bid for his services.
For Ole Miss, mammoth defensive tackle Zxavian Harris is a projected top 100 overall prospect who engulfs ball-carriers with a stout anchor and incredible wingspan but also brings valuable pass-rush ability from the interior. Meanwhile, hard-hitting Mississippi State safety Isaac Smith is a hybrid enforcer who duals at linebacker, flashing quick closing speed and constantly shows up around the football.

PROSPECT PRIMER: No.13 UTAH (9-2) at KANSAS (5-6)
Utah kept their hopes alive for the Big 12 title game with a thrilling 51-47 win over Kansas State a week ago. They look to re-charge the batteries against a gritty Kansas team who will honor 33 players for their regular season Senior Day finale in this Big 12 affair.
The Utes boast two of the most impressive offensive tackle prospects in the nation in underclassmen Spencer Fano and Caleb Lomu. However, Utah will be without leading receiver Ryan Davis and emerging pass-rusher John Henry Daley due to injuries. Amongst the seniors who will participate in Senior Day festivities for Kansas includes dual-threat signal-caller Jalon Daniels and spry edge rusher Dean Miller.

PROSPECT PRIMER: No.4 GEORGA (10-1) at No.23 GEORGIA TECH (9-2)
The in-state rivalry known as ‘Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate,’ features a pair of finalists for the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, in Gunner Stockton of Georgia and Haynes King of Georgia Tech. The Bulldogs control their College Football Playoff fate, while the Yellow Jackets attempt to win 10 games for the first time in over a decade.
Georgia wideout Zachariah Branch is chasing the single-season school record for receptions held by Brice Hunter (76 in 1993), he is currently tied with Brock Bowers for second (63). The aforementioned King has played himself into a possible Day 2 selection, while Georgia Tech mauling offensive guard Keylan Rutledge has been recognized for his outstanding season with an invitation to the East-West Shrine Bowl.

PROSPECT PRIMER: No.2 INDIANA (11-0) at PURDUE (2-9)
In what could be the most lopsided outcome of the day, the ‘Battle of Indiana,’ features the odd-defying Hoosiers, who would break last year’s school record victory total and clinch their first-ever Big Ten championship birth with a win, against the embattled Boilermakers, losers of their past nine games.
Indiana gunslinger Fernando Mendoza continues to state his case as the number one quarterback prospect in the land, elevating the draft profiles of wideouts Elijah Sarratt and Omar Cooper, while playmaking linebacker Aiden Fisher is one of the best kept secrets. One player to keep an eye on for Purdue is productive pass-rusher CJ Nunnally IV who enters this contest with 18 sacks over the past three seasons.

PURDUE BOILERMAKERS NFL DRAFT WATCH REPORT: Features 12 draft-eligible prospects and one player evaluation. Purdue Prospect Report Here.

PROSPECT PRIMER: No.3 TEXAS A&M (11-0) at No.16 TEXAS (8-3)
In what is expected to be the most intense rivalry game of the weekend, ‘The Lone Star Showdown,’ which dates back to 1894, is sure to have heavy ramifications. The undefeated Aggies seek to eliminate the Longhorns from playoff contention. However, Texas armed and dangerous behind prodigy Arch Manning, who accounted for six total touchdowns last week, becoming the first player in school history to pass, run and catch a touchdown in the same game.
While Manning steals all the headlines, one could state a case for Texas A&M dual-threat Marcel Reed as the best quarterback in the SEC this year. Look for him to target top wideout Kevin Conception early and often, while Cashius Howell has emerged into one of the premier edge rushers in the country. For the Longhorns, do-it-all linebacker Anthony Hill Jr. will need to be accounted for at all times.

PROSPECT PRIMER: No.25 ARIZONA (8-3) at No.20 ARIZONA ST. (8-3)
In the ‘After Dark’ rivalry game on Friday night, which dates back to 1899, ‘The Duel in the Desert,’ fields two ranked opponents with identical records from the same state. Arizona State still has Big 12 championship aspirations, while Arizona looks to ruin their plans. It’s just the second time since 1978 that both teams come into the matchup with at least eight wins apiece.
The Sun Devils had a trio of players invited to the East-West Shrine Bowl, led by stud wideout Jordan Tyson, an electrifying playmaker who comes with some durability concerns. On defense, Arizona State linebacker Keyshaun Elliott has skyrocketed up draft boards with his performance this year. Arizona owns an experienced secondary with cornerback Treydan Stukes and safety Genesis Smith, two prospects expected to land somewhere in the mid-to-late rounds.
