Ranking 23rd, the Bills took a step back from last season’s ranking of 11. The team improved with a better score for the nutritionist, improving from a D+ in 2024 to a B-. Issues persisted and caused the level of concern to increase. Team travel saw an increased level of dissatisfaction, rising to 65% from last year’s 55%. Another area of concern is the staffing level of the training staff, with players expressing that more trainers were needed to properly and fully recover from injuries throughout the season.
OVERVIEW
The Bills are one of the favorites to emerge from the AFC once again, hence they are considered to be heavy favorites to win the division for the sixth consecutive year. If Sean McDermott is unable to put them over the top, Buffalo could seek an outsider such as Jon Gruden to get them to the promise-land. (photo: Buffalo Bills)

BUST OUT PLAYERS
The Bills were one of the most efficient teams on the ground last year and figure to continue to trend towards a strong running attack. That includes feeding Ray Davis a healthy amount of more touches. He proved to be a strong between the tackle runner who can pick up the tough yards and move the chains. He had three scores each as a runner and as a pass-catcher, a number sure to increase … It was a disappointing rookie debut for Keon Coleman (photo: Buffalo Bills) overall but did include plenty of positives to keep the optimism strong headed into his second season. Most concerning was his disappearance during the Bills three postseason games. However, Coleman did average nearly 20 yards per catch and was second on the team in receiving. It would seem the only direction for his arrow to move would be up … Buffalo is counting on Cole Bishop to have a significant impact. He was hampered by an injury in training camp and fell behind the learning curve. However, he did make four starts and the odds seem likely that he will lock down one of the safety spots.
2025 NFL DRAFT CLASS
ROUND | PICK | TEAM | PLAYER | POSITION | SCHOOL
Rd.1 No.30. Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky — The Bills have placed an emphasis on solidifying the secondary and Hairston enables Buffalo to match up with the high-octane offenses in the AFC. (photo: Buffalo Bills)
Rd.2 No.41. TJ Sanders, DT, South Carolina — Inserting the agile, powerful Sanders next to Ed Oliver, enables Buffalo to mix-and-match up front along the defensive line.
Rd.3 No.72. Landon Jackson, ER, Arkanas — A lengthy, high-motor edge player, Jackson is able to set the edge against the run and can also get after the quarterback.
Rd.4 No.109. Deone Walker, DT, Kentucky — With a massive frame, Walker is a pure space-eater who absorbs double teams and should specialize as an early down stuffer.
Rd.5 No.170. Jordan Hancock, CB, Ohio State — Added depth at cornerback was needed, as Hancock brings extensive experience and top-notch athleticism at the slot.
Rd.5 No.173. Jackson Hawes, TE, Georgia Tech — The best pure blocking tight end, get ready for the JUMBO package when you see Hawes enter the game.
Rd.6 No.177. Dorian Strong, CB, Virginia Tech — One of the better value picks, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Strong push for considerable playing time as a rookie on the boundary, or inside.
Rd.6 No.206. Chase Lundt, OT, UConn — Known for his toughness and massive size, Lundt was strictly a right tackle in college and is expected to compete for a backup spot as a swingman.
Rd.7 No.240. Kaden Prather, WR, Maryland — A big, long, fast wideout, with Prather on the board, his skill-set was too alluring to pass up, as he’ll compete for a spot on the bottom of the roster.

VEGAS ODDS — PREDICTION — WAGERING INSIDER
VEGAS WIN TOTAL ODDS: 12.5 (+125)
The win total odds have gone up and Buffalo might struggle to repeat 13 wins again. At 12.5, the under would seem like the safer play but it would be best to stay away.
