2027 NFL DRAFT TRACKER: PURDUE BOILERMAKERS

Location: West Lafayette, IN || Conference: B1G || Head Coach: Barry Odom (1 Year: 2-10; Career: 46-43) || NFL Draft Picks Under Odom: 0 (0 per year) || First Round Picks Under Odom: 0 || Number of 2026 NFL Draft Picks: 0 || Boilermakers in NFL: 12 (as of 6/23/26)

After a dismal first season under Barry Odom, the Boilermakers hit the portal hard, adding 32 new transfer players, including a revamped offensive line. Under previous head coach Ryan Walters (5-19), the school produced just three draft picks in two years. However, Jeff Brohm (70-36) has proven that it’s possible to win at Purdue, winning 17 games during his final two seasons (2021-22) as head coach before departing for Louisville.

One import to watch is All-Ivy League standout Bisi Owens (pic: Purdue Athletics), who arrives via Penn and possesses top-notch smarts and athleticism. In fact, during high school, Owens was an All-County performer in football (quarterback) and basketball, while earning the Maryland State crown in track for triple jump. He’ll have every opportunity to prove himself at the ‘P4’ level.

A key returner is linebacker Charles Correa, who earned All-Big Ten Honorable Mention last season. Described as a ‘Gentle Giant’ for his fun-loving off-field demeanor, Correa flips the switch between the stripes, as he is quick to attack and fill the gaps. Another 100-plus tackle campaign should be in store for 2026.
