Florida State head coach Mike Norvell enters the 2026 campaign on the hot seat. After posting back-to-back double-digit win seasons in 2023 (15-1) and 2022 (10-3), Florida State has finished unranked the past two years, winning a total of just seven games during that span.
The talent pool has since dropped off significantly. As recently as the 2024 NFL Draft, Florida State had 10 players chosen, including first round pick Jared Verse (Browns). In 2025, the school produced just two draft selections and that number dropped down to one (Darrell Jackson Jr.-Jets).
While the Seminoles are not expected to come close to their 2024 draft total, they currently have 16 draft-eligible players on the NFL radar, according to NFL Draft Bible, including six prospects who carry draftable grades.
Alluring wideout Duce Robinson (pic: Florida State) enters the year as the top-rated prospect. A tall, vertical threat, Robinson thrives in contested catches and owns an extra gear to breakaway from defenders. The towering 6-foot-6 weapon is poised for a giant-sized season in 2026.
